Amendment (PDF) (125 pp, 5.89 MB, About PDF) to 1995 Record of Decision (ROD)

An amendment to the 1995 ROD was signed in June 2017. The amendment includes the following changes to address groundwater contamination:

  1. Replacement of extraction and treatment via air stripping of groundwater with in situ chemical oxidation and in situ bioremediation;
  2. Modification of groundwater contaminants of concern and remediation goals.

A Public Meeting on this proposal was held at the West Whiteland Municipal Building on June 14, 2016.
