Announcements and Key Topics
In November 2019, the parties performing the cleanup under EPA oversight will be drilling several new groundwater wells on the Site. The wells will be installed and evaluated to determine whether additional performance upgrades can be made to the existing extraction and treatment system. The work is expected to continue through the remainder of 2019 and possibly into early 2020. During this work, residents should expect to see a mobile water well drilling rig and support vehicles regularly transported onto and off the Site.
Public Participation Opportunities
EPA attends and participates in Bridgeton Township Meetings throughout the calender year. At these meetings, EPA updates those in attendance about the past, current, and future work taking place at the site.
