EPA announces the availability of a draft Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) for the McAdoo Associates Superfund Site. An ESD outlines changes to the original cleanup plan to protect public health and the environment. This draft ESD proposes to add institutional controls or land use controls to the McAdoo Kline Township location.

The public is invited to comment on this ESD. A 30-day public comment period begins August 5, 2019 and ends on September 5, 2019.
