Public Comment Period has ended

EPA held a 60-day public comment period for the Quendall Terminals Superfund Site Cleanup Proposed Plans. Comments were accepted from September 9, 2019 through November 8, 2019.

EPA's proposed cleanup plans are for the upland and in-water areas of the Quendall Terminals Superfund Site. Final decisions on the cleanups are made only after public comments are considered. All comments are considered equally. EPA will place all comments and a summary of EPA’s response to the comments in EPA’s Administrative Record for the Quendall Terminals Superfund Site.

Public Participation Opportunities
