A Notice to Delete the Site from the NPL was published on February 6, 2018. All Superfund actions at the Site have been completed and the Site no longer poses unacceptable risks to human health or the environment. A Notice of Intent to Delete the Site from the National Priorities List (NPL; list of Superfund Sites) was published on September 25, 2017.

EPA signed the Final Close Out Report, documenting completion of Superfund actions at the Site, on April 27, 2017.

Three Five-Year Reviews of progress at the Site were developed by EPA. Since no waste remains at the Site at levels that could prevent unlimited use and unrestricted exposure, no further Five-Year Reviews are required.

A Record of Decision issued by EPA on September 11, 1998 identified the continued operation of the City’s treatment system as the remedy to address the PCE in groundwater at the Site.
