About the Superfund Redevelopment Initiative
This nationally coordinated effort provides EPA and its partners with a process to return Superfund sites to productive use. Learn more at Superfund Redevelopment Initiative.
Redevelopment at the Site
In 2011, the Township entered into an agreement with Standard Alternative, LLC, to allow the company to lease the site property to install a field of solar panels. The field contains over 24,000 panels and produces approximately 7,400 megawatt-hours of electricity per year.
Economic Activity at the Site
As of December 2017, EPA had data on one on-site business. EPA did not have further economic details related to this business. View additional information about redevelopment economics at Superfund sites.
