Redevelopment at the Site
The 8-acre Rowe Industries Ground Water Contamination Superfund site is located in the Village of Sag Harbor, New York. Several businesses continue operating on site. These include an electronic devices manufacturer, an ice cream company, a landscaping business and an awning manufacturer.
Economic Activity at the Site
As of December 2019, EPA had data on 6 on-site businesses. These businesses employed 80 people and generated an estimated $12,898,000 in annual sales revenue. View additional information about redevelopment economics at Superfund sites.
