Redevelopment at the Site

To address potential barriers to redevelopment, EPA selected the site as a Return to Use Demonstration Project in 2009. As part of the project, EPA issued a Ready for Reuse Determination certifying the site’s ability to support commercial and industrial uses. In 2011, East Davis Development acquired the property. Since then, the company has made road, utility and other improvements to prepare the area for reuse. Currently, 140 acres are available for industrial redevelopment, with parcels ranging in size from 5 to 50 acres.

Economic Activity at the Site

As of December 2018, EPA did not have economic data related to on-site businesses, or economic data were not applicable due to site use. View information about redevelopment economics at Superfund sites.
