Redevelopment at the Site

In 2006, a developer acquired the former CTS Printex property and completed a residential townhome development in 2010. EPA worked closely with CTS Printex and the site developer to ensure that the site could safely support residential development. Vapor intrusion concerns were successfully addressed through mitigation measures and institutional controls have been put in place to evaluate potential risks that may come up during future development or renovation activities.
