About the Superfund Redevelopment Initiative
This nationally coordinated effort provides EPA and its partners with a process to return Superfund sites to productive use. Learn more at Superfund Redevelopment Initiative.
Economic Activity at the Site
As of December 2017, EPA did not have economic data related to on-site businesses, or economic data were not applicable due to site use. View information about redevelopment economics at Superfund sites.
Renewable Energy at the Site
Thirty (190W) and three hundred and thirty-six (205 W) photovoltaic panels are installed on site in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and are estimated to produce over 100,000 kW-hr per year. It is estimated that this solar power generation and use reduces CO2 production by 54 metric tons per year.
