The University of Minnesota Rosemount Research Center (UMRRC) site is located in Rosemount, Minnesota. UMRRC is an agricultural research station. The site includes groundwater contamination related to a former burn pit area operated by the university. The site also includes contaminated soils related to three disposal areas resulting from activities of three tenants, including George's Used Equipment, Porter Electric and Machine Company, and U.S. Transformer. These areas are located within a larger area known as UMore Park. Following cleanup, operation and maintenance activities are ongoing.
