U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting its second five-year review of the Ashland/Northern States Power Lakefront site.. The Superfund law requires regular checkups of sites that have been cleaned up to make sure that the cleanup continues to protect people and the environment. The review is expected to be completed in August 2024.
