EPA is proposing to add hazardous waste sites in Anderson and in Spencer, Indiana to the Superfund program’s National Priorities List (NPL). EPA has proposed the Broadway Street Corridor Groundwater Contamination site in Anderson and the Franklin Street Groundwater Contamination site in Spencer due to the risks they pose to human health and the environment.
